Today's new word : Evantriloquist

Evantriloquist (ih-van-tril-uh-quest) -- Evangelical preacher or a reactionary religious based organization, who uses a dummy to promote a radical Christian political agenda, the dummy being an elected Republican.

I came up with this word over breakfast. Hope you enjoy using it!

Example : Evantrilquist: eg. Preacher Rafael Cruz; his dummy (and son),Ted Cruz, US Senator (R- TX)

I like the "Evil" spelling!

6. Great idea! The complicating factor is that sometimes it works the other way.

The Republican politician is the one pushing the agenda, and the religious "leader" dutifully parrots the party line and ascribes religious virtue to Republican partisan politics.

More often, though, it is in the direction you state.
