What do we know about Lincoln Chafee? Viable Candidate?

All I know is he is fairly progressive, from a progressive state.

1. You can't call him a progressive

He's the typical New England Republican who used to be around pre Reagan, decent and gentlemanly but a top-down thinker and wrong about most things.

That decency kept him from sucking up to the religious crazies and finally drove him out of the party.

He's to the right of Hillary. He supports privatization of Social Security.
