It's almost a statistical impossibility that either the D or I would win. Almost everyone here will agree to this, as would Senator Sanders. I have met him, he gets it.

I'm not concerned, and you shouldn't be either.

I believe that she will have the temper tantrum of all temper tantrums when she and Bill realize that the second time isn't going to work out either.

She thinks it is her turn; she thinks she deserves the nomination ... and when it isn't forthcoming, in a fit of pique, she'll announce the 'Third Way Party' and go for the presidency.

Yes I have been told that on DU. On numerous occasions. Is it that far a field to think Bernie might end up on the same page? Thinking he needs to run to save the United States.

those of us who describe Clinton as a Republican lite.

That is, after all, what the neo-liberal Third Way is. She is a big part of its inception so it is rather hard to walk away from those fact.

... she is running to save America, isn't she?

Really, do you think it is clever to just make stuff up and post it and actually think that somehow it is going to dissuade Sanders supporters from supporting him?

This is the kind of over-the-top reach that makes so many distrust Clinton and her supporters.
I'll never forget the behavior of Clinton supporters on DU in 2008 when she lost -- I've never been able to think of her or her fervent followers in a kind light since.

I mean that sincerely. Why should we care if you feel this way.

It is contrary to what Sanders himself has publicly stated.

Compared to your candidate, Sanders has never been got in a lie, manipulation, or deception.

You post these types of thread about every other day just to stir the shit and fling it Sanders & his supporters here.

Why?

The man does not want to see Republicans in charge, and is smart enough to know what that running as an independent is a gift to the Republican Party in our system.

so even if he were to break his word, and I think there is close to 0 chance of that, he would be kept of the ballot of many states.
