Is political obstructionism illegal if...


it can be shown that it's actually harming the country? Or are we totally at the mercy of the neocons' draconian agenda? I can't believe that the they can legally and single-handedly destroy our country with impunity and that the framers of the Constitution did not provide the means to combat something so monstrous.
