(9,497 posts)I knew I should have checked the news last night, but I am in a house where I can see all of Game of Thrones. I like their dragons better than ours!

(12,504 posts)perhps once the debates begin there will be some news to report. As it stands stomp peeches don't seem to be changing the numbers very much in any direction.
I for one, appreciate her very strong standing, it's gotta make the Republicans quake just a little.

(3,498 posts)Hillary is dropping according to the aggregate!
Did you look at the graph?
And, Bernie is rising!

(6,437 posts)The only wild card at this point is Biden.
Cosmic Kitten
(3,498 posts)He's storming the pacific northwest this weekend.
He needs bigger venues frequently due
to the overwhelming demand.
Name one other candidate who has
that logistical "problem".
Yeah, he's leveling....
with the American people about our
corrupt government.

Cosmic Kitten
(3,498 posts)It has a trend line with Hillary dropping...
slowly but surely.
But some want to spin it as "good news"

(12,504 posts)I'll be sure start worrying if you think it's necessary
demwing
(16,916 posts)61% down to 54% is an 11.5% drop (100%-(54/61)=11.5%). Whether you worry or not is your own business.
Sheepshank
(12,504 posts)thanks.

(16,916 posts)What facts are "void"? Do you challenge the math, the aggregate polls, or just the fact that Hillary is down 11.5% from April?
Sheepshank
(12,504 posts)this is all part of the normal ups and downs.
I don't find 7 points alarming at this stage in the game. I find it still quite static and measured. It will be interesting where Bernies numbers go when the public finally gets to hear "all" about him and not just the cherry picked, spoon fed information.
demwing
(16,916 posts)which is clearly not true.
Just because you don't like these facts doesn't make any less factual

(1,169 posts)She's actually holding very steady, especially considering the constant media assault.

(146,336 posts)Sanders is hovering near 20%, nationally. Clinton has stayed above 50%, which is high for a primary race. Her lead is going to be very difficult to overcome, I think. Unless something dramatic occurs, I suspect any changes will be small. If Biden enters the race, he'll probably jump to second place, taking a few points from both Hillary Clinton and Sanders.

(11,573 posts)I don't see Biden jumping in this late with such low numbers, so most of his support will go to Hillary. And despite all the yatter, the Bern isn't going to get lift-off chugging along under 20%. If he can't do better than that, he won't even be able to get on some state ballots. He's looking more and more like a niche candidate.
