because of a few bad apples.

What should be done?

Play music, Bernie can interact with the crowd while security removes the disrupters, and turn them over to LE to haul them to jail.

I guess having some cops there is just so over the top. For the small amount it would have cost it would have most likely prevented this. It was a public place.

...with the status quo. Best case scenario is HRC but it might be a republican.

My life won't get worse with either, but the poor, especially poor POC will suffer more.

BLM gets a POTUS heavily financed by the for-profit prison industry. Worst case, they get a racist republican.
They're shooting themselves in the foot, and pissing off their erstwhile allies. That's some really stupid and narcissistic leadership.

I give them more credit than that.

I would assume they have something in it for them, involving money or access in a HRC administration.

My guess is they took an assessment of the likely outcome (HRC wins), Clintons are dealing with an uprising on their left, they could use some help from POC, help that won't threaten the interest of the Clinton's donors, they see HRC as the likely winner anyway so decided to working against Bernie wasn't going to ultimately make any difference, an arrangement was found.

Disgusting if true. Bernie actually is their best bet, even if he loses, to strike blows against the police state, he's been against it forever, unlike the others. HRC has bundlers who work for private prisons.

WTH is their end-game? Have they thought this through? Evidently not. And they're f*cking up the campaign of the best candidate to help them (and US) that we've all had in a long time.

Frankly, I resent them for doing that. I don't resent them and I understand and support their primary mission -- but I resent their methods - they STINK and have become extremely counterproductive.

the fact that they let them have their say was something I think no other candidate (except maybe O'Malley) would have done. Bernie was pretty composed and stayed silently to the side while they did their thing. He was silent during the moment of silence they called for. When it was clear that they were not gonna give up the mic, he left pretty gracefully, shaking hands with people through the crowd. This makes me support him even more. You what else, he is not going to demonize BLM for their actions, he will continue to speak up for their issues and (I hope ) release a comprehensive and specific criminal justice reform policy statement.

I wish the Democratic candidates could have a debate just with questions about civil rights - for people of color, LGBT people, and women. I think he'd really do well.

Maybe, if Hillary ever gets disrupted by them, the DNC will find it in their heart to allow more debates hosted by some civil rights groups.

Just like at NR. The problem is, they don't want a chance to speak, they want to hog the camera and mic and not let anyone else speak. They can't draw 60 people to their own event, so they hijack an event of 6000.

So is Rove. I will enjoy when some intrepid blogger or reporter gets to the bottom of this.
