Well, it's a start. But remember that Obama's health care plan is very much a centrist one. It still makes people buy health insurance and allow the insurance companies to control a huge part of the way the medical system works. It still means that the American health care system is predominantly based around profit, rather than providing what is best for the patient. Compared to the other Western countries, there's a long way to go before it becomes universal health care.

But it's a start.
