http://www.cbsnews.com/news/poll-democratic-primary-voters-see-hillary-clinton-as-most-electable/

Clinton: 78%
Biden: 11%
Sanders: 5%

These numbers are from this poll. Interesting that Biden, who isn't an "official" candidate, is polling better than Sanders.

Yea, I know. People just don't know Sanders yet.

if there's good polling data that comes out: look! Bernie's going to sweep Iowa and New Hampshire.

if there's bad polling data that comes out: we're six months before the primary. the debates haven't even begun. Bernie will rocket after the debates.

Or that he will "rocket after the debates". And, I haven't heard many people say either of those things. Some yes, but that's probably only a few.

No different than many Hillary fans saying that she's "inevitable".

So no, we're not all exactly the same.

And, as noted above, Skinner has no problem with this. Your beef is not with Juror #3, it's with Skinner. The system as currently designed is meant to allow jury nullification - I'm a Bernie supporter so that means if I'm a juror, the system currently is in my favor. But I have not always been in the majority and at some future time I will not be in the majority, so the system will not always be in my favor. So by definition the system is not fair, it's mob rule. Sorry to hear that you're currently on the 'wrong' side, but again your animosity toward Juror #3 is misplaced.

This juror should be disqualified from future juries - clearly he/she doesn't understand the process.

Nobody ever had a chance after Iowa that year. Kerry won practically everywhere else.

But in December that year, he was practically nowhere. He came on very late, his swiftboat veterans coming in for him was worth a few million dollars...

I like him and an glad he's in the race because it pushes the progressive message. Perhaps Hillary will choose him as the vp.
