http://www.cbsnews.com/news/poll-democratic-primary-voters-see-hillary-clinton-as-most-electable/Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton holds a wide lead in the Democratic contest for the nomination, receiving 58 percent of Democratic primary voters' support. Senator Bernie Sanders is second, with 17 percent. Vice President Joe Biden, who has not yet announced whether he is running for president, receives support from 11 percent of Democratic primary voters.
When asked which candidate is their second choice for the nomination, 42 percent choose Joe Biden.

(1,771 posts)Clinton: 78%
Biden: 11%
Sanders: 5%
These numbers are from this poll. Interesting that Biden, who isn't an "official" candidate, is polling better than Sanders.
Yea, I know. People just don't know Sanders yet.

(1,772 posts)if there's good polling data that comes out: look! Bernie's going to sweep Iowa and New Hampshire.
if there's bad polling data that comes out: we're six months before the primary. the debates haven't even begun. Bernie will rocket after the debates.

(14,755 posts)Or that he will "rocket after the debates". And, I haven't heard many people say either of those things. Some yes, but that's probably only a few.
No different than many Hillary fans saying that she's "inevitable".
So no, we're not all exactly the same.

(12,504 posts)Their service has nothing to do with trying to enforece ToS. Juror #3 should be banned from all future juries.
And no one will be able to tell me otherwise
Flying Squirrel
(3,041 posts)And, as noted above, Skinner has no problem with this. Your beef is not with Juror #3, it's with Skinner. The system as currently designed is meant to allow jury nullification - I'm a Bernie supporter so that means if I'm a juror, the system currently is in my favor. But I have not always been in the majority and at some future time I will not be in the majority, so the system will not always be in my favor. So by definition the system is not fair, it's mob rule. Sorry to hear that you're currently on the 'wrong' side, but again your animosity toward Juror #3 is misplaced.

(67,782 posts)If it's not wirth (sic) a hide then WHY THE FUCK HIDE IT????
This juror should be disqualified from future juries - clearly he/she doesn't understand the process.

(2,510 posts)Nobody ever had a chance after Iowa that year. Kerry won practically everywhere else.
But in December that year, he was practically nowhere. He came on very late, his swiftboat veterans coming in for him was worth a few million dollars...

(10,847 posts)He is well known. The bump or Bern we've seen is that bump from those Dems who don't know him. He may rise slightly more but he will not make up the massive gap.
I like him and an glad he's in the race because it pushes the progressive message. Perhaps Hillary will choose him as the vp.

(10,847 posts)He'd jump at that role. The chance to be part of the administration at suck a high level would be hard to pass up. He's smart. He'd do it.

Dawgs
(14,755 posts)Second, the ratings of those networks compared to the overall population is VERY, VERY, VERY tiny.
Combine the two and you'd see that most people, Democrats or otherwise, almost never see anything about him.
