But what bothers me more is the anthropomorphization of a building. The "White House" is a fucking building, it cannot think or be heavily invested in Hillary Clinton's candidacy.

If they mean that Obama or some other muckety muck thinks its a stupid idea, they should say so. Otherwise people will assume that they heard it from the white house window washer's cousin's daughter's roommate and dismiss it for the meaningless bullshit it is.

I can't imagine why anybody would attach any credibility to an article like this. Just one more example of why I'm glad I pulled the plug on cable.

The Obama activists/advisers/consultants have never warmed up to Hillary and it's no secret they're still not close. I'm sure there are many in that circle who are the ones behind the push to get Biden to enter the race.

Having his VP elected to the Presidency is the final validation of his policies.

I think this may just be CNN being CNN again.

If the Presidency is something to be bartered for political support.

I will vote for Hillary if she is the nominee, but some back room deal like that is the one thing that might make me stay home, and hurt every other (D) on the ticket along with her. I would be disgusted with the entire party and the process.

I can't let myself believe it unless something concrete develops.

Are you sure Hillary just doesn't think that is what should happen?

They have tons of $ and connections to people who have even more $. Obama kisses Hillary's ass and the Clinton's wealthy donors respond by shoveling money into Obama's library building fund.

You can say it's politics all you want, and that may be true, but if we're pulling the same kind of shit the other guys do, what's the difference between us and them?

And just why do the Clintons have this army of very wealthy people just waiting to give them money? What do these donors expect in return?

How naive do you think people are?

and the other things the Kochs and their candidates are. The Clintons are polar opposites of the Kochs. Money isn't evil. Actions are evil. Money can be used for good actions OR evil actions. The Clintons wanna do good, the Kochs wanna do bad. And there are clearly many rich progressives you know, ever notice who won the rich vote in 2008, or how much better Clinton did with rich voters than Dukakis/Mondale/McGovern? Money isn't the root of all evil; evil is the root of all evil. Money is simply used as its tool sometimes, just as money is also used in the pursuit of good too.

That Biden would draw 15% or so away from Hillary, making it a competitive contest.
