I get it, this is far more nuanced than is reported in this clip, and it seems to lean heavily towards the R candidate, but all of that BS aside, 1-what exactly were the provisions that caused Bernie to vote against these policies? 2-Is Bernie's "testiness" going to be a problem during debates? He seems to often storm out of meetings, has yelled at constituents, and deflects any questions he doesn't want to answer by changing the subject to what he wants to talk about. Eta: I don't follow Vermont politics so I don't know the provisions, nor do I follow VT politics enough to have seen a Bernie debate. Just to clarify my above questions.
