Don't let people tell you that Hillary is winning this primary.

I have been canvasing the last three Saturday's here in North Carolina. I have knocked on hundreds of doors. I have not had one person volunteer to me that they wanted to vote for Hillary. That is the absolute truth. People are still making up their minds. A lot of people have not even heard of Bernie. Hillary's lead in the national polls is all name recognition. Believe me.

If voters are allowed to see how poorly she fares against the likes of Sanders and O'Malley, what little lead she might enjoy will quickly disappear.

Bernie's been doing that on Thom Hartmann's show during that time for an hour just about every Friday.

Don't think radio/television consumers would appreciate too many "I'll get back to you on that later" or "I'll wait until I'm in office before answering that question" if she were to try that herself.

If she thinks Bernie's going to be a pushover in a debate, she's got another thing coming.

DWS may be inept in her duties as DNC chair, but she sure isn't stupid in trying to limit the number of debates to try and help Clinton win.

Hillary's nervous little laugh before answering every question is going to look amateurish when she's up against Sen Sanders.

And the vast majority of the planet's population considers ME old.

People need to come to grips with the fact that 1972 is as far away from 2016 as 1928 was from 1972. Sorry to break it to you.

It has to do with thinking that because everyone in your circle thinks one way means that extrapolates to the entire electorate. DU is a very insular place. In addition, your ageism is rather unappealing. I'm pretty sharp for someone you consider ancient.

Since you're sharp, you should be able to grok the implications of this graph:

Furthermore, the political landscape has shifted immesurably since 1972. In 2008 I didnt know a single person who was voting for McCain. So what does that prove?

than anecdotal personal experience. My facebook friendlist is filled with older, white well off gay guys who adore Hillary and plan to vote for her and will unfriend you in a heartbeat if you speak ill of her on their facebook page! seriously though, I support Bernie but i prefer to be a realist and i suspect the polls give a better current reading than your or my personal experience. Things may change after the debates though!
