The reason he does appreciably better in nat'l polls is because the nat'l Democratic party is infinitely more heterogeneous than IA.

I do think Vice president Biden is a heck of a Plan B but his candidacy like all candidacies is not without flaws.

but in the recent NBC poll Biden was at 20%. Anyways, I don't think his strategy is Iowa or New Hampshire. I think if he gets in he's going to concentrate early on in South Carolina.
