No I think the nominee will be Kasich, with Fiornia to try to get those 'disappointed' women again...

There's so many boneheaded things he does and says over the course of any given week, why would you devote time to this non-starter of a critique?

That ticket removes major paths to victory for the Dem nominee.

OTOH, how does a party so hostile to immigration nominate two candidate nominally in favor of it?

That seems unlikely. But they all seem unlikely.

You really think that the GOP base will vote for someone who is not lily white? I kinda doubt it.

Jeb is pretty much dead. Walker is out. The others don't have a pulse. That leaves Rubio as the sole establishment candidate that's in double digits.

Put it this way, if it's not Rubio and it's Trump, Carson, or Carly, then the Republican party may be done.

So I won't argue the point.

If you are right, then at least we will have an (R) nominee that isn't an old rich white guy who claims to love Jesus. That will be unique (not that Rubio doesn't love Jesus).
