(14,733 posts)Clinton continues to rebound off her falling trend lines.
This was the sort of poll I was looking for post-debate. Clinton apparently did make more of an upward move after the debate.
Darnit, and I thought the debate would actually help Bernie. He actually appears to have lost more, instead.

(5,066 posts)liberals and progressives have lost.some don't realize it.they will after she goes back to right after primary assuming Trump doesn't win.
well i can stop pretending my vote matters.so should all Liberals and progressives.no place for them in eather party.
I won't have to vote next year i guess.

(2,100 posts)A lot of the poll pushing today is mainly just a rebuke of the silly internet poll touting the past week. Nobody thinks this thing is locked up yet.

(8,879 posts)People get so tied up in this stuff, myself included. It's nice to have a reminder to continue playing this thing out when it feels so hopeless.
Many people here, especially for Bernie I think, are rather new to political campaigns and haven't experienced the eb and flow if these things and are a bit early in declaring the sky is falling.

(2,100 posts)Giving up now would be like a baseball team behind a couple runs in the third inning forfeiting.

(40,037 posts)I'm sure the number will improve. Hillary gave a good interview today talked about Bernie and her ideas, however somewhat different is more than your hearing from the other side. She believes over the next weeks and months, idea and plans will sharpen up as they hear from people.

(12,704 posts)many have already stated on other threads skew results because they miss the younger demographic. I think the most significant factor is the amount of money generated after the debates.

(5,066 posts)More war.her no-fly zone in syria could lead to war In Russia
cuts In Social safety net to pay for these wars.so people like me are screwed
more trade bills to favor corporions and kill unions
even more cuts to social safety net as means testing and privation of social security are on table
Militizan of police will continue
national security state will continue
Bi-partisan deals to benefit wall street at expense of 99% to continue
BainsBane
(57,757 posts)and have decided to oppose her for reasons that have nothing to do with policy.
The only one of those that she supports is a no-fly-zone, and clearly you don't know the issues involved if you think the result is war with Russia. That was Bernie's statement at the debate, and he was clearly in over his head on that particular subject.
DCBob
(24,689 posts)Although not entirely surprising. Her debate performance was stellar.

(24,689 posts)I dont think they will ever admit they were wrong.. there will always be someone or something to blame.. the media, the DNC, the 3rd wayers, Obama, etc. etc. etc.
Doesnt matter.. we know we are right.
