Clear Channel Communications, Inc. is an American media conglomerate company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.[3] It was founded in 1972 by Lowry Mays and Red McCombs, and was taken private by Bain Capital LLC and Thomas H. Lee Partners LP in a leveraged buyout in 2008

"Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive." It certainly fits here re the Limbaugh syndication and Clear Channel.

I am betting there is no disclaimer by Limbaugh on his show regarding this glaring conflict of interest given he is making public his support for Romney.

Rush was backing every non-Romney except Ron Paul until that happened.

pointing out their vulture capitalism ergo Rush is now "Rah, Rah Mitt!". Very telling, imo.

and was very sad to see it go. Two positives did come out of it, though, and they are Rachel Maddow's rise to the level where she became a staple on MSNBC and Al Franken being elected to office, both of which may not have happened without Air America.

Air America first declared bankruptcy in 2006 and Bain didn't gain control of clear until 2008. My point being that its not as if Clear was going to support AA even before Bain got involved.
