(3,109 posts)He is not a natural born Citizen, which requires that both his parents be citizen's at the time of his birth. Rubio was born in 1971, and his parents weren't naturalized until 1975 or 6.

went to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah,
and Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts,
was elected Governor of Massachusetts in 2002
and on Wikipedia there are THREE residences listed:

(42,770 posts)a candidate is "from"...especially for counterbalance in the VP selection. No way
could he win the places he's lived - like MA, CA, Michigan. Guess it might help
him in NH since he vacations there.
Have you been following the redistricting mess in TX? Went to a training meeting
a couple weeks ago. They talked about the Voter ID bill too that was still
awaiting Justice approval. By the time they get it all sorted out - TX might
as well save the money and not even have a primary. Mittens should have
it wrapped up anyway by then.
