Rush Limbaugh is even blaming Obama for the weather. On his radio show, Limbaugh claimed that Hurricane Issac is an Obama conspiracy to shut down the Republican convention.

about President Obama not taking 'personal' responsibility for the drought in the Midwest?
Maybe the 'Obama controlling the weather' crap is their new talking point.
LOL
Edited to change Romney to Boehner.
It was Boehner: http://www.democraticunderground.com/10021128498

Rushbo ought to tell his Republican friends attending the Republican national convention that if Isaac hits Tampa while the GOPsters are partying, they ought to be grateful. The Almighty COULD have directed a micro-burst rain of fire like the ones that incinerated Sodom and Gomorrah in the Book of Genesis.

(16,423 posts)The democrats are HOPING the hurricane will ruin the convention. And Obama MIGHT send in FEMA to disturb the convention.
That's just good ol' paranoia. Case in point: "The National Hurricane Center is Obama. Its the National Weather Service ... Its Obama."

(9,436 posts)and we dont need all these weather dolts analyzing this for us. Well, we need the center, we can look at their charts and graphs, we know what to do, we can read the stuff. Ive been tracking the charted forecast track of the storm, and theyre moving it sometimes to the east."

(533 posts)Rush isn't saying that Obama is controlling the storm; he is saying that the NWS is predicting the storm's path in order to disrupt the convention by having FEMA come in.
It is still crazy; just not THAT crazy.

(29,876 posts)Sandys timing has many people speculating that the storms path is an engineered event. On Thursday, HaarpStatus.com reported elevated levels of HAARP frequency in the ionosphere above the East Coast of the United States. HaarpStatus describes itself as a real-time sensor network from over 28 sensors placed in rural areas across the United States.
