My two are Call Me maybe by Carly Rae Jepsen and I'd Really Love To See You Tonight by England Dan. Totally sing them in my car.

(28,017 posts)If you enjoy it, why feel embarrassed about it? That's like me being embarrassed about being an agnostic. Which I am not.

It's fucking horrible beyond description, but it reminds me of when I was in college and the college bars and girls and all that, and - Oh Lord, I should stop...

But there is something hypnotic that attracts me to this song.
Kinda like staring at a car wreck...Can't help it!!!

Love the song and the singer. Its fun, upbeat and you can't listen to it without singing along or dancing or both.

(5,842 posts)Although Wilson Pickett's version of the song does give it slightly more credibility in the same way the Isley's Brothers' version of Summer Breeze redeems that tune.

(12,582 posts)But I'll sing it to embarrass my kids - just like any good Mom would do
Mainly my embarrassment comes from not paying attention to the words in songs, then singing made up ones that work (and fit the syllabification of the song). My daughter is ALWAYS getting on my case about that.
