I've noticed that

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Spazito (a host of the 2016 Postmortem forum).

most, if not all, of threads written by and for Hill's folks have a brief disclaimer or warning that adds (Hillary Group). They want the privilege of not being invaded by their Berners. That is not the surprising part. What is really surprising is that most of the posts have only one or two responses, usually by the same respondent. It appears to be more important that they troll the Bernie Sanders post in the Primary category.

I didn't conduct any scientific survey. It was only a notable observation.

Bern, baby, Bern!

is to let people who might not know it is the Hillary Group that it is just that. I always thought it was respectful. Might I ask what this has to do with the primaries?

There are a few exceptions but for the most part the protected forums are a snoozefest.

like the "feminists" blocking transwomen from using the women's potty because they think they're there to rape "real women" or whatever

with insanely low post counts that appears their only purpose is to bitch about Democrats on a Democratic forum.

Me thinks you should look in the mirror or not throw stones while sitting in that shitty little glass house.

… it's a courtesy to Bernie supporters (and/or Hillary haters) so that know in advance that it's not thread for them to trash, or to post responses that contradict the group's purpose. It helps to keep the peace, and prevents eager fast-fingered posters from being banned from the group.

… it lets Hillary supporters know that it's likely to be a thread that's more friendly and welcoming, and less likely to be sidetracked with attacks and insults.

There's really no mystery about it, and it's odd that anyone would be concerned enough about it to criticize it.
