Per RCP she is now up 3% aggregate in NH and has polled ahead of Sanders in 4 of the last 5 polls.

I still always question Gravis Marketing because their results were all over the place in 2012 and again in 2014. IT shows a trend, but I wouldn't count on the numbers.
