Democrats are quickly coming to grips with the reality that Hillary Clinton is a terrible candidate. In a colossal gaffe that would doom anyone in a truly contested primary, Clinton tried to invoke the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11 to justify the massive donations shes received over the years from Wall Street. Clintons financial support from big banks and investment firms isnt new, but it is increasingly out of step with a Democratic Party dominated by anti-capitalist Occupy Wall Street nonsense. So rather than argue that supporting policies benefiting some of Americas largest companies might actually be good for the economy, Clinton retreated into the flag. She claimed that she supported Wall Street as a way to rebuke the terrorists who had attacked our country. After the debate, Clintons campaign predictably tried to say that she didnt say what she said. It argued that someone on Twitter made the connection between Wall Street donations and 9/11, not Clinton. At least she didnt blame YouTube this time. Clintons tone-deaf defense reveals a candidate unable to justify her own record, and unwilling to stand up to the wingnuts in her party. Your objective is to disrupt ANY thread that may be critical of Hillary's position on issues or past positions......
