Here's a cartoon that captures the essence of Hillary.

Apart from the cartoonist, that cartoon captures what I have felt about Hillary leaning to the right.

The more I hear her speak (Daesh, Glass-Steagall, Keystone, 9/11 Wall St. etc.), the more that red arrow pointing right comes into focus. It was probably inadvertent on the logo designer(s) part, but to me, it makes more sense since Hillary has titled right.

Maybe not when her logo was first introduced, but now it's making more sense.

This is the winning design out of a long and thoughtful process. The designers, experts in the subject matter, considered a right pointing red arrow on Blue Bars and said this is exactly what she stands for! At some point this design went up on an easel and everybody who mattered stood around and said, "My, that's clever...I like that."
They are communicating directly and openly to those in power, while bullshitting the proles at the pep rally. I have to believe it is a bit of an inside joke that probably still gets a chuckle when they see members of the precariat fervently volunteering to wear the semiotic equivalent of a "kick me" sticker.

They probably paid millions for its design and evaluated it from every possible perspective.

When they made it, they weren't at all concerned about a challenge from the left. Let the left complain, they have nowhere else to go. So they didn't worry about a red right arrow offending the left.

Well, we do have somewhere else to go, thanks to Bernie. Warren would have been a good candidate too, but Bernie's doing great. And he isn't doing it by running as far to the center/right as possible, he's standing up for what we believe in.

Clinton is wrong backing this new war powers act. Very wrong. War powers need to rest with Congress, not the executive branch. So, here's a little Sabbath for your enjoyment.

Generals gathered in their masses,
just like witches at black masses.
Evil minds that plot destruction,
sorcerer of death's construction.
In the fields the bodies burning,
as the war machine keeps turning.
Death and hatred to mankind,
poisoning their brainwashed minds...Oh lord yeah!

Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to the poor

Time will tell on their power minds
Making war just for fun
Treating people just like pawns in chess
Wait `till their judgement day comes, yeah!

Now in darkness, world stops turning,
ashes where the bodies burning.
No more war pigs have the power,
hand of god has struck the hour.
Day of judgement, god is calling,
on their knees the war pigs crawling.
Begging mercy for their sins,
Satan, laughing, spreads his wings...Oh lord, yeah!

44. Certain lyrics from Dylan's "Masters of War"
Sat Nov 21, 2015, 01:21 AM
Nov 2015

have been going through my mind of late ...

Come you masters of war
You that build all the guns
You that build the death planes
You that build the big bombs
You that hide behind walls
You that hide behind desks
I just want you to know
I can see through your masks

You that never done nothin’
But build to destroy
You play with my world
Like it’s your little toy
You put a gun in my hand
And you hide from my eyes
And you turn and run farther
When the fast bullets fly

Like Judas of old
You lie and deceive
A world war can be won
You want me to believe
But I see through your eyes
And I see through your brain
Like I see through the water
That runs down my drain

You fasten the triggers
For the others to fire
Then you set back and watch
When the death count gets higher
You hide in your mansion
As young people’s blood
Flows out of their bodies
And is buried in the mud

You’ve thrown the worst fear
That can ever be hurled
Fear to bring children
Into the world
For threatening my baby
Unborn and unnamed
You ain’t worth the blood
That runs in your veins

How much do I know
To talk out of turn
You might say that I’m young
You might say I’m unlearned
But there’s one thing I know
Though I’m younger than you
Even Jesus would never
Forgive what you do

Let me ask you one question
Is your money that good
Will it buy you forgiveness
Do you think that it could
I think you will find
When your death takes its toll
All the money you made
Will never buy back your soul

And I hope that you die
And your death’ll come soon
I will follow your casket
In the pale afternoon
And I’ll watch while you’re lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I’ll stand o’er your grave
’Til I’m sure that you’re dead
