MA Gov. Deval Patrick summed it up perfectly.

When Romney was Governor, he was more interested in having the job than in doing it. Same thing with his campaign for President now.

the best speaker of the evening.

I'm surprised I haven't heard more people say that....perhaps his slot was too early.

Though I did like Castro, and he was awfully cute!

My theory is basically that it would be another "trophy" for him to add to his collection. Plus, like Ann and him said, "it's their turn".

It really showed when he was governor, and it shows now.
