(4,377 posts)That the Hillary thread about being in NH with Dean was just filled with happy Hillary supporters enjoying the photos and no sniping going on in there. Then I see this thread..

(45,251 posts)No totally obvious signs. No pressure on Democrats to endorse. No fixing of the debate school. No media cooperation. Nothing! It's just been one uphill battle after another.

(42,862 posts)I've never seen a candidate with such rotten luck! Man, he just can't catch a break for trying. It's totally unfair!

(42,862 posts)... reflect how popular he really is. (It couldn't be any more obvious that this is just one element of the "fix". Probably orchestrated by that powerhouse, DWS. She controls everything! It's like she's some Bond villainess.)

(42,862 posts)And I, for one, am completely relieved to learn about this "fix" thing. And on top of that, to find out that the fix has been in place for YEARS.
I mean, seriously, WHO KNEW? How could I not have known this before now? I wish I'd known sooner.
All this time I've been worrying over nothing! And it's not because I lacked any confidence in DWS. I mean, she really IS a powerhouse. It just never occurred to me that it could actually be done!
I think I'm more amazed than anything. You've got to hand it to her! Well done, Debbie! Well done!

(42,862 posts)Why would Bernie and his fans keep going? If it's fixed then there's no reason to try. If there's a reason to try, then it's not really fixed.

(8,879 posts)I just think H> dresses like the spectators in the hunger games. When Bernie dons a hot pink suit, he's going to get an earful from me for his lack of professionalism and his disregard for the seriousness of the position he seeks.

(42,862 posts)With regard to the celeb endorsement influencing undecided voters, that is. But it's still a great deal of fun for the people who ALREADY support the candidate. (But, I guess the level of fun depends on how well-known the celeb actually is. And that could be a generational thing too.)

(3,373 posts)Of course, Clinton prefers the endorsements of party insiders and non-humans (like unions which endorse a candidate notwithstanding widespread dissent from its actual human members).

(45,319 posts)Because all the elected officials for Hillary certainly get threads here and they should she's got lots of them and that's one of her strengths. But the thing is when you do post every last endorsement breathlessly you should expect the other side to do the same.
