If it was Warren and not Hillary in this primary, and you HAD to pick one, who would get your vote and why?

(14,704 posts)I really like MOM. If he is our candidate, I will enthusiastically vote for him. I wish the shitty media would cover him more. If they hadn't already anointed HRC, and if tRump wasn't such a media hog, I think there would be a lot of focus on MOM. He has some really good ideas!

(14,704 posts)They are both mavericks, which we desperately need, and I greatly admire them both, but I would go with Warren.

(4,377 posts)But still Sanders. I'd be hoping for Warren as VP though and that she'd become the next President after Bernie's term or terms.

(96,882 posts)...she's be a far better candidate.
For one thing, she'd be perfectly happy taking money from me and my ilk, so I'd know she'd have the resources needed for a national campaign.

She's been perfectly happy to have cocktails ("salons" if you will) or lunch with the likes of me.

(62,536 posts)I don't like how Warren treated the administrative policy wonks once she got into the Senate. In her own book A Fighting Chance she argued against that very type of superior attitude that administrative people had to deal with. Really rubbed me the wrong way.
Sanders is genuine.
