Related: About this forumHow many (R)s would be enthusiastic to vote against Hillary?
I don't know the number right now but isn't it fair to assume it is FAR greater than the number of (D)s who would be enthusiastic about voting for her?
That 22% number is really very bad.

(30,481 posts)Can vote Trump with their enthusiastic republican counterparts.
I wear their hatred as a badge of honor and they don't dictate how I will vote. I understand they play a much greater role in your decision.

(1,192 posts)Republicans would show up just to vote against her, even if they're not enthusiastic about their own candidate.

(7,300 posts)If there are 30 million Republicans, then the answer is 30 million. If more then more, if less then less.

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders both lead all of the Republican candidates for President in New Hampshire, but Sanders does an average of 4 points better in the match ups. The GOP hopeful who fares best against Sanders is Marco Rubio, who trails 45/41. Ben Carson trails him by 5 at 46/41, Carly Fiorina is down 8 at 48/40, Jeb Bush and Donald Trump each trail by 9 at 47/38 and 49/40 respectively, and the weakest Republican against Sanders is Ted Cruz who is down 10 at 48/38. Sanders is also the only candidate with a positive favorability rating among the overall electorate in New Hampshire, at 46/40.

(1,527 posts)Lie upon Lie trying to demonize her. Most of the righties i know or see posting on facebook are bug nuts crazy against her, and believe most of these lies.
I cannot see any of them being able to think in a logical rational fashion about her candidacy. I do not see ANY crossover votes from righties, and few if any from centrist if they actually exist. Any centrist may vote against some of the crazier right wing candidates, but not many.
If any Democrat is to win we have to get out the entire left wing base out to vote, but especially for Hillary.

(3,580 posts)Would vote for her if Trump is the nominee. I know 2 who voted for Obama yet still call themselves GOP. For them it was the blatant racism from the right. That has only gotten worse.
The other 2 I know support rubio, Christie or Jeb. They will not vote for trump or Cruz. If it's trump oe Cruz they both said they will vote for Hillary.
I have talked to them about Bernie. Even though I support HRC, I want them to feel they could vote for Bernie in case he is the nominee. They are paying no attention to the Bernie campaign because they are Republicans. One thing one person said to me was even though this person didn't like bill Clinton, the country did well and he thinks Hillary would be a better president because of bill. This person voted for mitt in 12.
All 4 would be considered main stream GOP and would rather vote GOP but based on who is nominated would vote for Hillary. Mind you they hate her. But they're afraid of trump and Cruz.
