Bernie supporters: When you call DWS this morning

Last edited Fri Dec 18, 2015, 08:43 AM - Edit history (1)

Be polite and civil to the people you speak with. This also applies if you have to leave a message. I'm angry, you're angry, but don't take it out on a staffer - they didn't make the decision, they just have to answer the phones, which will be ringing off the hook. I feel for them, they're in for a rough day and they didn't make this stupid decision.

I would expect nothing less from you. I'm sure you are giddy with joy, since you've been apoplectic about Bernie running since before he ever announced.

that Sanders Campaign got caught red handed?

I'm was never apoplectic.... thats ridiculous...but I did point out he was NOT an actual Democrat until he had to say it out loud and publicly to get on the NH ballot.....and I was right as rain.

That the actions of a couple of idiots are hurting a lot of Sanders supporters today.

Rather than reveling in something no campaign can predict or prepare for.

The data was exposed. One Sanders employee viewed the data.

He was fired.

This is not that big of a deal.

I don't think anyone is hurting really. This will be a non-issue by the next news cycle.

Anyone expressing support for Bernie you called a Left leaning Libertarian, ***correction, it was Left Leaning Independents*** repeatedly. You repeatedly asked every person for a loyalty pledge to the nominee, who you believe will be HRC, even before she or Bernie had announced. You did these things to the point of harassment. You PM'D people while you were on timeouts when you disagreed with them, I was one of them once. You've worked really hard to help make DU into The Primary Wars 2016 earlier than ever before, and you've done a bang-up job. At least you finally got over your obsession with posting in all caps; I suppose I should thank the Goddess for small favors.

Thats some big magic over the web.....how do you do it?

And I was the one calling Sanders a Socialist not a Democrat..and I was right......he had to become "a Democrat now".

WTH are people mad about?

That Bernies right hand man got caught with his hand in the DNC's cookie jar?

Maybe folks should direct their "anger" towards the campaign that made this breech possible???

are they going to be mad at us when we point out that we saw years ago that she was never going to be electable as President? That by not shanking her campaign and driving her out of this race that they handed the White House to the goddamned GOP? That they are traitors to Democratic ideals and Democratic voters?

That Hillary is both a bad person and a terrible candidate?

supporters to desert our candidate for yours, your remarks are an epic fail.

I concur that the OP is good advice indeed.

That's a stretch to suggest that "Sanders (sic) campaign" accessed the data.

One person. And that person was fired.

Bernie is honest and trustworthy. Everyone understands that he would not condone this.

He remains rock-solid. No question.
