Just @#$& 'em. They take our money, moon us, and scream "who the @#$% else ya gonna' vote for, chumps?!"
I think more people are seeing that pack of hyenas for what they are. Their time will come.

(3,687 posts)Here's a good tip from a FB poster
"Regarding phone calls to the DNC, call their cash donation line instead. That number is 877-336-7200. Calling this number forces live staff to deal with you, and keeps them from getting a donation call at the same time. You can use the call to tell them why you are refusing to donate. Let them know that you won't donate another dime until they get rid of Debbie Wasserman-Schultz as DNC chair. They will take notes. They guy who took my message even seemed embarrassed and seemed to agree.
Call now, operators standing by."

Of course I'm old (not that old), can't see that well (when my glass are off) and of course hard of hearing (uh nope) and the last call took at least 5 minutes with a live operator to complete.

(12,041 posts)I have seen no evidence to suggest a criminal investigation is underway, if you have evidence of a crime you should provide it to the FBI. If you don't have evidence then you are promoting a conspiracy theory.
Jarqui
(10,924 posts).. oh, but Bernie's campaign forgot to leak that to the media to smear the campaign that got his data and the DNC forgot to suspend the campaign that got his data ...
You see how that works?
Bjorn Against
(12,041 posts)If there were real evidence that a crime was committed the FBI would be all over this. There is no evidence of a crime, and it is quite ironic to see so many Clinton supporters on here today denouncing conspiracy theories when in fact they are the ones that are alleging a conspiracy.
Jarqui
(10,924 posts)Might be a tort but it's unlikely to be a crime (given he reported it to superiors and I saw the DNC claim the Sanders campaign got in touch with them, etc).

In the rush for a "gotcha", they just took a sledgehammer to national fundraising, building voter lists, volunteer groups, etc. The DNC just demonstrated they can not be trusted with your credit card information, for example.

(26,549 posts)DWS did not have to try to turn this into a mountain. In fact, she didn't when this same problem was reported three months ago.
This time she did try to turn it into a mountain. And announced to the country that the DNC can not be trusted with your data.
So, you upset that this happened three months ago, or only upset when it happened today?
Funny how it wasn't news 3 months ago.

It's called a Democratic Party. Not Clinton Party.

What these a-holes have done is guarantee a loss by the Coronation Queen to whatever Repuke is nominated. Don't they get that by trying to sabotage Bernie, they are making sure that the Repukes take the WH and on down the line.

(10,602 posts)Obviously if Hillary wins the primary we will need as many former Sanders voters as possible, but the number of petulant Sanders supporters who will actually sit the election out is negligible. We went through this same withing with Hillary vs Obama and "PUMA" in 2008.
Sensible people come around, and the nonsensible people are too small in number to worry about.

(2,382 posts)... toward DEMOCRATS and showing favoritism to Republican neighbors, such an ulterior motive would not surprise me in the slightest. Some months ago, a vet who had already raised $100K to launch a campaign against an incumbent Republican in a neighboring district, and had all his ducks in a row, was summarily dismissed by Wasserman Schultz, saying the DNC couldn't help him. When he very politely questioned that decision, she blew up at him.
She is incompetent, and by all accounts a VERY unpleasant person to deal with, and even worse to work for. She's gotta go, and I think she just sealed her fate today. But then, she's got the Anointed One on her side, so it's unlikely that she'll be fired.

(11,945 posts)The fact that the CEO of the database company that allowed the data leak to go on for months also worked on Hillary's 2008 campaign suggests there was little hope of fairness toward the other candidates.
Then we have the debate schedule, protested by both Sanders and O'Malley.
Now the DWS' DNC is further crippling Bernie's campaign by withholding his campaign data.
Yet the American people love this guy for who he is and what he stands for.
And tomorrow we have the 3rd Democratic Debate in direct competition with Christmas shopping and the new Star Wars movie.
What would we think if the RNC worked to promote only one of the Republican candidates?
Kick in to the DU tip jar?
