Or is it footage of her making statements that are readily available inspliced with scenes of the horrific war she, and many other Democrats at the time, supported?

It is a naked emotional appeal, though, so I guess that the newness doesn't really matter.

She has done nothing since to show she has learned from her mistakes. Ask her about Syria, and the response is: we'll do Iraq 3.0.

Whether her actions will have consequences is debatable. No consequences for herself have thusfar been reported.

That said, the argument being made by that video isn't an intellectual one- it's an emotional one. It is designed to present Hillary Clinton as insensitive at best to the suffering created by the Iraq War. She doesn't care and even laughs at the suffering she's caused; that's what you are supposed to take away from seeing her with that awkward laugh and then immediately seeing a mutilated Iraqi civilian or the casket of the American Soldier.
