We are having a demonstration at Raytheon Tuesday, December 4, 2012
3:00pm
Hermans Road Entrance
We are asking for, at least, 150 volunteers to stand in an action at the entrance of Raytheon Missile Systems Plant on South Nogales Highway. This is nothing illegal, just a peaceful action to raise consciousness.

Why 150 people? Because, the Code Pink Ribbon has that many panels. Each 2 feet by 3 feet fabric panel has been lovingly hand-crafted to honor all the lives sacrificed in the current wars over the past decade. This ribbon represents a very small percentage of the lives lost, but it is a compelling message that personalizes the cost of churning out munitions and sending our children and loved ones off to battle.

We can gather legally as we vigil at the Hermans Road Entrance, just East of Nogales Highway. There is plenty of parking at the site. We are arranging carpools, so you don't have to show up alone. Invite your friends to come join us.

Drop in the Occupy Tucson office at the Historic Y, 738 N. 5th Ave., or come to our General Assemblies or any of our working group meetings.

We look forward to meeting you.

Sherry
