1. Turning the tables on street harassers would be so awesome.

I am absolutely in favor of filming and publicizing the guys who do this (without any names or other personal information published, of course.) They so deserve to be found out by their bosses, significant others, families and friends. They create a hostile environment for women everywhere, and don't deserve to get away unscathed, but we know the cops won't do anything. Pics and vids of them in the act put on the internet, though, that would be awesome.
