Question about a Go Fund Me for a liberal sister in need
I have a dear friend in dire need of funds to live on. She (Mary Ann) is losing her home, tried everything, HARP, this and that, has no money or job, mom is in the hospice, and the water will be turned off on the 28th of this month. This is a wonderful person, and she is totally screwed, of course- she got "laid off", but the man is not saying that outright so she cannot get unemployment insurance. Thank GOD she just got foodstamps. Tried working with the bank, this and that.. Loves animals, her dog died not long ago.
She is a hard worker, and looking for a job. If you have a way to just spread the word a bit, I would appreciate it. She is slogging thru all this crap she has when she came down to live with her older mom, who is now in a nursing facility.
She is a person who will bounce back from this, but is really in a bad spot. She has to sell everything, and move soon, so she will also be happy to sell stuff to those who want it.
Am I allowed to share her Go Fund Me Link? Thank you in advance. If so, where? It's been awhile since I been on DU, but I know how great DUers are for those in need, esp a Liberal Sister.
