But so far, no one knows what to do about it.

There is considerable intelligence in the structure and operation of DU, so ... maybe someone will have a flash of brilliance that leads to a solution. Let's hope.

lock outs of 0-7 alerts helps make it work. Maybe a week lockout after two in a row would even be better. Maybe lockouts after 1-6 would be good, too.
