1. To put someone on ignore, you need to click on the icon next to the member's name...

It's the head and shoulders with a red X over it.

That will lead you to the Ignore Functions page, where there are some instructions.

That should do it.

2. I know how to do it; I've done it with plenty of others. But there are two or three

individuals with whom it doesn't take.

And that is truly weird. I guess if I were experiencing that, I would take it to Ask The Administrators group. It may be a glitch of some sort.

3. Are you seeing their posts anyplace other than the Home Page?

The ignore function doesn't filter listings on the Home page, but I believe it should work everywhere else.
