Exactly what does "post removed" mean?

Of course it means what it says, but why?

I must have skipped over the explanation somewhere along the line...

1. I believe that's the new indication that it was hidden by a jury(?)

3. It used to mean that

all the posts from the last 24 hours of a now-banned user were deleted automatically by the system.

Not sure if things changed since the new jury system.

Under the new jury system, posts are removed instead of being hidden.
