My SO is locked out; tried resetting password twice...

My SO has been a member here since around 2004. Tried resetting her password twice today - several hours apart -- but no confirmation email ever arrived in order to reset. She has checked spam and trash...nothing.

Suggestions?

She's probably stuck on the wrong side of the election night fiasco of 2016. It'll probably take direct admin intervention to fix.
