I get that you don't get instantaneous service, especially if you're just whining about something petty, but some of us actually have somewhat important things to take care of. Like Billing issues.

Maybe this place is just dying slowly, and we all need to look elsewhere ? I don't know.

I'm not going to pay any more unless I see responsive customer service in a reasonable length of time.

If I have to put up with ads, so be it. Better than paying and never hearing anything.

Can someone who knows the Admins' personal emails just email them and tell them I have a BILLING issue ? That's all.

This is beyond ridiculous.

I have emailed EVERY ONE OF THE ADMINS at their designated emails, and NO response.

Which is pretty sad considering how hands-on things were in the first few years, the mod teams, and the sense of community built up with it.

In the old days, an email would have gotten a pretty fast response. ATA was answered within maybe a week, sometimes less.
