Serving on a jury

I just had the jury message box pop up and I accidentally clicked the wrong thing. Now my profile list me as being unwilling to serve on juries. How do I change it?

How long does one serve? Exactly what do we do? Sorry if this seems stupid, but I simply don't know enough about it to decide whether to serve or not.
