Problem with time stamp.

Just this late morning to early afternoon my time stamp has been off by anywhere from 30 minutes behind to almost 2 hours. I am not sure what to do or if I need to do anything. I have rebooted but everything else on my computer is fine and it did not help.

Mainly I want it to be working tonight. I do not know if things are getting posted with the wrong time or if I am getting posts that are already old time wise.
