What Does n/t Mean?

I see posters writing it at the end of the posts and I just can't figure out what it means.

1. No text

(Only text is the subject line)

2. It means there is 'no text' in the message body of the post. The only text is in the reply title.

It is intended to alert people that your entire message is in the 'reply title.' I appreciate it when people use it.

8. Until I leaned better, I googled it and kept coming up with "nice try", which made a lot of sense

in some cases, but was off the wall in others.

Inasmuch as acronyms are used by those who think everybody knows the meaning, and, when googling them I often have to smack myself in the head for being so stupid for not putting two and too (😂 together, they are often a challenge.

And to this end, thanks for clearing up “nt.”
