I happened to click on the thread about Bill Gates and got a "not secure" pop up

at the beginning of the thread address (just before the https). I'd never noticed one of those before. Maybe its not uncommon and I just didn't notice but I clicked around to some other threads and it didn't happen. Any ideas?

A lot of browsers flag unencrypted content on secure webpages. Typically the warning will give more details when you click on them - it should explain why it is warning you.

Someone in the thread will have hotlinked an image from a site which doesn’t use the https:// prefix. That remote content makes the browser flag the page as only partially secure.
