I am getting intermittent "forbidden" pages

doesn't last long but when it happens I can't get any DU pages.

Firewall issue.

Some people have had results after clearing cache.

and occasionally blocking legitimate traffic. It should work itself out after a short period of time. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off, as VPN's will make it worse.
