Has Anyone used an online Therapy Site
and had a positive experience? I know there was an issue with Better Help, sharing information with Facebook, but wondered if there are other options? I am not having good luck finding a new therapist locally, and I really need to talk to someone. I am not at crisis point presently, but I need to vent so I don't ever get back to that point. I cannot drive which is another obstacle and I am not on Medicate so don't qualify for appointment transportation.
