Account settings, scroll down to "MY STUFF NOTIFICATIONS" and select your preferences,
Save all settings.

If you want to make adjusments to the My Stuff button and notifications, go to:

My Stuff > Account Settings and scroll down to the "My Stuff" notifications section.

But if you want to make adjustments to the notifications in the left column (sidebar), click the Feed Sidebar Settings button in the sidebar. This will take you to the Feed page, where you can change which notifications you'd like to see on the left side of the screen.
