Why do DU's hyperlink "anchors" land in the middle of the browser page?
For as long as I can remember it the hyperlink/anchor has always scrolled and positioned the anchor market at the first line of the visible (or scrolling) part of browser page.
That seems to be the standard convention. I'm wondering if this is an oversight or bug, or if there's some compelling reason that makes it better to deviate from best-practices that everyone is accustomed to.
