I think this site is under attack.

I see a lot of odd spam-like replies popping up.

Don't call or click the spam. A lot of fake 800 type numbers & fake websites in large lists pretending to be help. Bernardo de La Paz Sep 2025 #6

I think it is probably a phishing scam, probably goes like:

"So sorry you are having printer problems. Give us your bank account password and we can fix it really fast."
