That return to forum listings link appears to still be in the html code (search for <div class="backtoforum-navlinks"> in the source) for all the forums, but it looks like they are redoing some sizing and spacing of the formatting with the style sheets - I guess it got unintentionally hidden somehow.

I have a user style sheet set up for various things on DU3 and definitely noticed some weirdness this morning. I took a look at the current style sheets for this site and noticed that there are some changes. I guess this will get sorted out just like the scroll-bar issue yesterday.

... putting an [font color="#000033"]overflow:hidden;[/font] declaration in the [font color="#000066"]div.main-content-container[/font] selector is not the best idea in the world.
