did I hit a wrong button somewhere?

I am unable to view any hidden post - like I previously could. Also, I am frequently unable to send alerts? Has there been some change in the system or did I click on the wrong thing at some point without knowing it?

3. Check the Java Help Center:

I had similar problems, which were fixed, in my case, when I manually re-installed Java. Your solution may be different--the Help Center can guide you to an appropriate fix.

Good luck!

Look this up before installing Java to see if it has been resolved. 6 is available.

Go to your profile page and click one of the edit links to the right of the Profile information, Avatar image or Signature line headings. If it sends you to a 404 Not Found page that says...

[div class="excerpt" style="margin-left:1em; border: 1px solid #bfbfbf; border-radius:0.4615em; font-family:monospace;"]Not Found

The requested URL /no-javascript-version.shtml was not found on this server.
... then your javascript is not working - and most likely is disabled in your browser's preferences. Google "enable javascript in ________" (fill in the blank with whatever browser you are using - FireFox, Chrome, etc.).
