Why the need for a "Show me my Transparency page." button?

If someone clicks the "Transparency" tab, isn't that indicative of the same request?

the page can be displayed or not based on how many hidden threads a person has.

In other words, if you don't have enough hides to display the page, the "bridge" page displays, while if you *do* have enough hides, the transparency page displays - sort if an if-then programming thing.
