I'm an English woman with some connections with America, and oppose the right wing whoever and wherever it is found!

Been here since 2004, and find it a great site, and great opportunity to 'meet' people and learn about the world.

I am married to a 1/2 Brit (he has citizenship because his mom was born in England) ... and have had the chance to visit your country once. One of the things I love about DU is the ability to talk to progressive folks from all over the world. It can get lonely in Texas ...
